Chilly chicken



Chicken – 250 grams (Boneless)
Big onion – 1
Capsicum – 1
Pepper powder – 1/4tsp
Tomato sauce – 3 spoons
Tomato – 1/2 of one tomato
Soya sauce – 3 spoons
Salt – accordingly
Oil – for frying
Red chilli flakes-As per


garlic paste -1/2tsp
ginger paste-1/2tsp
Corn flour – 1/2 cup
Egg white – From 1 egg
water-to mix them well


Marinate the chicken with the above said ingredients under marination
NOTE:egg white must be used and ginger garlic paste is better than the choppen one so that
it coats the chicken.Don’t use excess salt and cornflour.Use them just to cover the chicken
Keep it aside for about 1/2 hour.

Now heat the oil and deep fry the chicken until it becomes golden brown(dont use more oil).
now keep the fried chicken aside and with some oil left in the pan saute the sliced onions
tomatoes,capsicum and red chilly flakes.Pour the soya sauce and tomato sauce(not more) and the fried chicken
and mix them well for 3-4min.
Note:use the soya sauce and tomatoe as per your gravy need.I prefer the dry one so
i use less amount of these.And if you want it more spicy you can add black pepper powder also
soon after you put the red chilly flakes.

Dragon chicken

Dragon chicken(Indian style-spicy)

she made me to prepare the dish for her..To be frank am new in this field and actually don’t know how to even toast a bread . Anyway she is my little princess and i will do it for her <3.




  • Chicken(boneless) – 250 gm
  • Vegetable oil
  • Soya sauce – 2 tsp
  • Garlic(finely chopped) – 1 tsp
  • Onion(finely chopped) – 1 small
  • Red chilly flakes – 1 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato sauce – 4 tbsp

For marination

  • Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder – 3/4 tsp
  • Corn Flour – 1 tbsp
  • Kashmiri chili powder – 1/2 tsp(gives a little bit of colour)
  • Soya sauce – 3/4 tsp
  • Egg white – of 1 egg


Marinate the chicken(boneless-it is good to have boneless one) with the ingredients under marination(note: avoid egg white and corn flour while marinating).keep it aside for 20 min and now mix them well with egg white and cornflour(i prefer this ).Try to cover the chicken well with corn flour.Now deep fry the chicken in vegetable oil till it becomes golden brown. Remove it from the frying pan and keep it aside. Now pour 2tsp of oil in another pan and saute the finely chopped vegetables(onion,red chilly glakes,garlic) for 3-4mins.

Now add the soya sauce and tomato sauce(as per your need of gravy) amd add fried chicken pieces with 2 more red chilly flakes and mixx well for 4-5mins.

Note:Try to keep the chicken in the gravy for 5min before serving.

Garnish it with spring onions,capsicum and broccoli if you have them(optional).
